Service Description

Due to our busy lives we may feel like we lost connection with ourselves. Specially with our bodies because we have the tendency of living in the past or the future and disconnect with the present. Mindfulness practices helps us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. It can also help us to focus our attention, as well as to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment. It leads to a great status of wellbeing and mental clarity and consequently a more balanced life. This session will be fully tailored according to your needs. It may consist of guided meditation, qi gong, yoga poses, breathings exercices and mantras.
