We all tend to experience moments in our lives that we feel like we needs a change, In our coaching traject we start by defining "how you are feeling now" , what is bothering you and what is it that you would like to change. What makes my approach different from the other methods is that I don't make use of pre-set questionnaire forms. The entire traject is based on a progress assessment. This also mean that we can follow your development process without setting a specific goal allowing you to be open and discover yourself and the various possibilities in life. Its what I call, following the organic flow.
