This massage is to address a more specific area of your upper or lower body like neck, shoulders, lower back, arms, legs, thigh, butt etc. For instance, if you do lots of fitness, weight lifting, boxing, martial arts or other demanding sports or if you had some king of injury or fall. This still a so called classic massage but the particularity is that the focus will be around a certain area.
